How should I prepare my files?
How Should I Prepare My Files?

We accept the following files: PDF, EPS, AI or TIFF. The files you provided can be in RGB, CMYK color space. In-Design files should be exported as hi-res pdf files including bleed for submittal. All hi-res link and support files must be submitted with order. Tiff images will not incur a setup fee. All other files will be pre-flighted with a pdf proof submitted for customer approval and incur a $35 file setup fee. Files are to be submitted print-ready. Files that are not print-ready are subject to additional labor charges. Your document, when possible, should be created at 300 dpi at full size (100 percent) for small format to tabloid size printing. For large format up to 10 feet wide 200 dpi at 100% is sufficient. For over 10 size, grand format printing, 100 dpi at 100% is sufficient for best quality.

If you are matching color critical specific Pantone colors or image files, please consider ordering a mag test for final approval. (Optional)

At Parallax, we can match a wide range of Pantone colors cmyk or Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams non gloss swatches with a high degree of accuracy. We can also achieve metallic effects by printing onto metallic substrates and control the result by adding white ink to specific areas. Parallax is G7 certified international color standard for the most exacting color accuracy across all platforms.

Absolutely! Parallax has fleet vehicles ready to serve you, ensuring your orders reach you conveniently. Minimum purchase requirements apply for free delivery in the Metro Atlanta Area, and additional charges apply for deliveries beyond a 50-mile radius of the Atlanta area.
